A new update for Gungrave G.O.R.E is now available, introducing a fan-favorite character to the game. The Wolf, also known as Bunji, is one of Grave’s longest-standing rivals and he comes with his own set of benefits. The patch notes for update 1.02 detail what you can expect from Bunji, including a Charge Shot, a Demolition Shot, and more. To see Bunji in action, you can watch the Gungrave G.O.R.E Bunji trailer. Bunji also comes with his own set of achievements, so if you’re looking for an excuse to replay the Gungrave G.O.R.E campaign, here it is. You can unlock Bunji at the Lab by spending DNA and he is available for play on all the game’s stages.
In addition to the introduction of Bunji, update 1.02 also includes a host of smaller changes and improvements, such as camera changes for certain skills, improved control functionality, better dodging, and polished animations. You can read the full list of Gungrave G.O.R.E changes on Steam.
For those unfamiliar with Gungrave G.O.R.E, it’s a continuation of the Gungrave franchise, which began on PS2 back in 2002. Like the original game, Gungrave G.O.R.E is an action shooter with a unique anime aesthetic. The game combines melee combat with gunplay, allowing you to switch between the two styles as you progress through the epic and emotional story of vengeance, love, and loyalty.
